What you're looking at is the new Epic digital camera from RED. It was developed by the same folks that design Oakley sunglasses. Chances are, if you were to go to your neighborhood electronics store to buy a digital camera you would have many choices of pixel quality…from a low of 3 or 4 to a high of 25 or so.
And now for something completely different
The Epic has 2,600 pixels. 2,600! How did they make the leap from 25 to 2,600? Well, although sometimes you can make improvements by adding just a little something or tweaking it here or there, RED started over, from scratch to make a camera with the highest resolution possible and this is what they came up with.
At what point will you have the guts to scrap a program or tear down a building or fire a staff member and start completely over?
Sometimes, only the boldest move will bring about the results you really need.
Okay, I am going to send this post to everyone in church that I know. Thank you.
awesome.
